Registration fees for professionals and students include participation at the course, certificate of attendance, certificate supplement awarding ECTS credits (when applicable), electronic course material, refreshments and lunches during the course, and the ice-breaker and farewell group dinner events.
The ice-breaker event will take place at the old harbor (city center) on Tuesday, 21 August 2018 from 20.00-22.00. The farewell dinner will take place at the old harbor (city center) on Thursday, 23 August 2018 from 21.00-23.00.
Payment can be made through credit/debit card or bank transfer using the secure online payment system
Participants are allowed to cancel their registration. Any cancellation of registration must be notified by submitting a relevant application to the Course Secretariat. Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions: a) Until 4 June 2018, refund of registration fee minus bank charges and a 100 Euro administrative charge. b) From 5 June to 2 July 2018, refund of 50% of registration fee. c) From 3 July 2018, no reimbursement can be made.
